Facebook Ads funnel: selling concert tickets

I was invited to perform in Kansas City, MO. I needed to sell at least 21 tickets to profit. I built a funnel to sell tickets.

I profited $53 in pure ticket sales.

‍$320 in ticket sales – $200 promoter fee – $67 in advertising costs = $53 in profit from ticket sales

I sold merch for more profit.

Pre-Existing Warm Audience

I started with a warm audience from a pre-existing Video View Campaign.

Look Alike Audience

I created a Look Alike Audience and ran the same video ad to every in or near Kansas City.

Move users to streaming platforms

I retargeted everyone 18+ that watched 50% of my initial video ad with a traffic campaign.

Retarget engaged viewers with a second song

I retargeted everyone who watched 50% of traffic campaign ad with a new song.

Event Respond Ad

I retargeted everyone who watched up to 25% of 2nd song video with an Event Response ad to drive ticket sales.
